Greg and Kayla Say “I Do” at The Creston Loading Chute

Kayla and Greg’s wedding was a sweet country affair at The Loading Chute, in the small town of Creston, California.  With alfapha fields, split fences, sunflower bouquets and a cute barn it was a perfect setting for these two love birds.

Congratulations Kayla and Greg – What a wonderful way to begin your new life together as Mr. and Mrs.  Enjoy re-living your special day!

John and Shanna’s Portola Inn Wedding in Atascadero

Shanna and John are truly the sweetest couple.  They planned their wedding while living in Michigan and it was truly amazing how everything came together so beautifully.   However it was when this couple had their “First Glance” that I truly got a glimpse at how sweet their love for each other was.  John’s reaction when he first saw his bride was truly priceless and happily we were able to capture each moment!

Portola Inn was a perfect venue for this couple especially since they said their favorite thing about the area was the oak trees.  Portola Inn also helps with the planning of the day and provided almost everything a special event could need.  There are so many beautiful details to this wedding.  I love the literary theme,  chandeliers in the oak trees, beautiful florals and the most darling junior groomsmen and flower girl ever!

Enjoy all the elegance and fairytale magic of this beautiful wedding!

Thank you so much for choosing me, Christine Sedley Wedding Photography to capture your special day!  I wish you a “Happily Ever After”

Lindsay and Drew’s Wedding at Portola Inn – Atascadero

Lindsay and Drew enjoyed a super sweet summer wedding at Portola Inn.  The sunflowers and burlap plus the sunshine streaming through the oaks made for a beautiful setting on this August day.  Drew’s face lit up every time he looked at his lovely bride.

Congratulations to these high school sweethearts!  What a beautiful way to start your road together as husband and wife.

Derek and Caitlin’s Portola Inn Wedding in Atascadero Part One

This is one special wedding! So special in fact that I could not narrow down the pictures very well and so I decided to blog a “Part 1” now and a “Part 2”  later this week.  So you will definitely want to stay tuned for even more loveliness!

Not only is this wedding bursting with sweet details but it also featured a grogeous bride and groom and one heartwarming moment after another.  There is definitely enough inspiration here to fuel a flurry of visions.  Every detail was thought out carefully and orchestrated to perfection.

The theme of “love birds” was carried out  with little sweet touches everywhere one looked.  Right down to the handmade aprons for the servers 🙂  I especially appreciated the tributes to family heritage with guest favors being a jar of Grandma’s jam and a display of family pictures along with the Mother of the bride’s wedding dress.

The historic Portola Inn nestled on top of a hill in north San Luis Obispo County was a perfect location for this vintage chic wedding.   The light streaming through the oak trees seem to rest right on the couple as they said their vows.

Congratulations Caitlin and Derek!  Your wedding was truly a fairy tale come true.  What a beautiful start for you new life as Mr, and Mrs. Carnes!

Stay tuned for more of this Beautiful Wedding!  You’ll want to soak in every detail!
