Hannah – 2012 Senior Portrait Model!

I know – I know – The 2011 Seniors haven’t even graduated yet BUT believe me it isn’t too early to be thinking of Senior Portraits for the Class of 2012. It’s true summer is right around the corner AND time flies by even faster in the summer and next thing you know school is starting and your portraits are due for the yearbook! Not to mention incoming Seniors booking their session early in the summer save lots of $$$

Hannah and a few other lucky Juniors have been nominated by their teachers or coaches to be my models for the upcoming Senior Portrait season. I only take a few models from each school and it is always amazing how awesome these kids are. I ask for models that are very involved in their school and community and I always get the most top notch kids!

Models for CS {seniors} get lots of free stuff, a free session and opportunities to earn even more free goodies! Keep posted for more info on my models and their senior portrait experience.

Graduation Cards that are Keepers!

High School Graduation is truly a milestone. I believe it should be a celebration of who you are!

I offer all my senior portrait clients unique graduation cards that they help design! There are no two cards that are alike. They are printed on heavy card stock with many fine art paper choices. These are not you photo printer cards! Every year I get emails and phone calls from people who have received these cards saying just how cool they think they are.

These cards have been so popular because they truly are a quality keepsake that friends and family love receiving!

Beloved Sessions – Pismo Beach Photography

At a recent photography convention I heard photographer Jesh de Rox talk about his concept of the “Beloved” photography sessions. I would be lying if I didn’t say I had tears streaming down my face for much of the presentation. Here is the concept in a nutshell:

Love that lasts the tests of time –
Love that has weathered the storms of life –
Love that has grown and endures!

Isn’t this the love worth celebrating!

A Beloved photo session celebrates lasting love! And while photographing these couples the photographer takes time to ask them questions about how they fell in love and what they love most about each other now etc. So by the end of the session, the couple not only has beautiful images of them together but often they begin to see each other through fresh eyes. Truly it becomes a celebration of their love!
I just love this concept!!! Photography can be so powerful!
