This wedding was full of personality! Alexis and Charlie’s love of life, family and each other is absolutely infectious. The Monday Club was a perfect setting for this vintage, chic celebration. I adored so many things about this day but as a photographer I was especially touched by the wedding couple interacting with their mothers, fathers and siblings. The love in the air was thick and even after all the weddings I’ve been to I got misty eyed more than once.
All of you pintrest fans get your pins ready! There are so many great ideas here for decorating and personalizing without breaking the bank. Congratulations to Charlie and Alexis! You two love birds are off to a beautiful start with plenty of love of family and friends to send you on your way!
Family wedding pictures were used on the welcome table and the cake table. Alexis and Charlie had a darling scrapbook and fun pictures on display and even their prom pictures! Awww
Instead of signing a guest book, guests were encouraged to type a note on this old typewriter! Fun! Love the bundle of love letters and reuseable tote bags with scenes from SLO were the gift for the guests! Very appropriate for SLO County since they have a ban on plastic bags there.
Alexis and Charlie chose to have a First Look right before the ceremony in the courtyard of the church. These images are so emotional and sweet. What a priveldge to capture this amazing moment!
Charlie’s face says it all. This young man is so in love with his bride it gives me chills. The image of him with his mom right before the ceremony is right up there as one of my all time favorites! As a mother of boys I pray they will find such a love and WOW to have such a moment captured!! So sweet!
Love these handmade wine labels and the cakes were made by Two Little Birds Bakery
“Our House” was their first dance song! A unique choice I think but it was so perfect!
One of my favorite Father Daughter Dances ever! They danced to an older version of “Daddy’s Little Girl” and I am pretty sure their wasn’t a dry eye in the place – including mine 🙂
Thank you again for choosing me as your photographer and allowing me the honor of capturing this beautiful beginning to your Happily Ever After!
